Introduction
Injection molding is the most commonly used
manufacturing process for the fabrication of
plastic parts. A wide variety of products are ده
manufactured using injection molding, which
vary greatly in their size, complexity, and
application. The injection molding process 74
requires the use of an injection molding machine,
raw plastic material, and a mold.
The plastic is melted in the injection molding
machine and then injected into the mold, where
it cools and solidifies into the final part.

Injection machin
An injection machine is made up of
three primary components - the feed
hopper, the screw and the heated
barrel. Plastic granules for the part are
fed into the heated barrel by a hopper.
Injection molding machine sizes can
run anywhere from 5 tons of clamping
force to over 6000. The higher the
tonnage, the larger the machine. In
fact, injection molding machines are
classified based on tonnage, or more
precisely the clamping force or
pressure.

Available materials include alloys or
blends of previously developed
materials, so product designers can
choose the material with the best set
of properties from a vast selection.
Major criteria for selection of a
material are the strength and function
required for the final part, as well as
the cost, but also each material has
different parameters for moulding that
must be taken into account.
Other considerations when choosing
an injection moulding material include
flexural modulus of elasticity, or the
degree to which a material can be
bent without damage, as well as heat
deflection and water absorption.

After designing a piece by an engineer
or industrial designer, the mold fits
the part made by the mold maker.
Injection molds are generally made of
steel or aluminum and are machined
to accurately reflect the
characteristics of the designed part.

Blow moldin
Blow molding is a production process used in the production of hollow plastic parts
such as plastic bottles.
The process of air molding begins with heating the plastic and creating the initial bite
(The initial bite is in the form of a cylinder with a free head which air can pass)
Then the bite is placed inside the mold and the wind is blown into it, air pressure
pushing the plastic and sticking it to the wall of the mold. After the plastic has
cooled, the mold opens and the piece comes out.

Today, many factories and workshops in Iran use plastic injection machines.
There are two main reasons for this.
First of all, our country has rich oil and gas resources and, of course, many
petrochemical refineries that produce large volumes of polymer raw materials
suitable for plastic injection.
And secondly, a wide variety of products can be made with these raw materials and,
of course, the relevant device.
On the other hand, with the production of Iranian injection machines that have a
better price and guarantee than Chinese models, the plastic injection business in Iran
has made good progress.
