Iysis, ofthe infectious agents, CMV [OR = 1.81 (1.05-3.10), p = 0.03], H. pylori Ydia pneumoniae [OR = 1.58 (1 27-225), o < 0.0001] showed a significant fhen and HSV-1 [OR = 1.95 (1.22-3.11), p = 0.005], H. pylori [OR = 1.45 be [OR = 1.85 (1.23-2.21), p= 0.001] in women. CONCLUSION: The metabolic genetal population, has a significant associaticn with prior infection with ftomegalovirus and herpes simplex virus type 1.
