مطابق با "دستور العمل اصلاح شده نحوه تشویق اعضای هیلت علمی پر اساس استنادات " شما می توانید از پایگاه استنادی 5005 نیز جهت شمارش استنادات مقالات خود استفاده کنید. ابتدا لازم است اعضای محترم هیلت علمی به روشی که در راهنماها آمده است. مقالات خود را در دو پایگاه استنادی ۲۷05 و 560105 چک کنند. سپس عناوین مقالاتی که هم در ‎WOS‏ و هم در اسکاپوس موجود است. بررسی کنند. اگر در مواردی تعداد لستنادات مقالات در اسکاپوس بیش از ۲۷05بود. می توانند روش شرح داده شده در این راهنما را رای محاسبه امتیاز مقاله خود اجرا کنند. لازم به ذکر است که حوزه موضوعی مقلله را بایستی از پایگاه 1۷05 استخراج کرد و ضرایب 1۳.1۳0 و 210 از فلیل هلیی که برای اساتید محترم ارسال شده» بازیابی شود. (توجه داشته باشید که ضرایب 1۳10 .1۳ و 16۳2 را تنها برای مقالات مجلات ]15 یعنی مجلاتی که در ۷۷5 هست. می توان تعیین کرد و نه هر مجله ای) یادآوری : استنادهای خودی و استناداتی که توسط همکاران به مقالات نویسنده شده است. پایستی حذف شود.
