تعریف ‎Responsibility Work Breakdown RWBS‏ ‎Structure 1‏ ۶ ۲/۷55 ساختار تقسیم مسئولیتها در پروژه است. 9PCWBS 91 ‏این ساختار در قالب يك ماتریس که سطرهاي‎ ٠ ‏مسستند, نمایش داده مي شود.‎ 5 ol ‏ستونهاي‎ * در هر سلول از این ماتریس کد مسئول انجام عملیات در مورد خروجيهاي پروژه تعیین مي شود. % 5 منعطف بوده و مسئولیتها ۱ مي توان از كلي ترین تا جزتي ترین سطم تعریف نمود. ‎٠‏ بسته هاي كاري يس از تکمیل ماتریس 11۷۲25 شناخته مي شوند. ‎٠‏ ابزار مناسبي جهت تعيين استراتزي اجراي يروزه است.
