What Is Diabetes _ Diabetes is a Chronic Disease. _ Diabetes is Metabolic disorder. For our bodies to work properly we need to convert Glucose from food in to energy, a hormone called Insulin is essential for the conversion of glucose in to energy. DOs and DON'Ts for diabetic diet Diet plan of an individual is based on height, weight, age, sex, physical activity and nature of the disease conditions to managing diabetes.
