A stroke occurs when a blood clot forms a
blockage of the cerebrospinal artery or a
blood vessel is torn and the blood is stopped
in the brain. This disrupts the oxygenation of
the brain and consequently the death of the
brain cells. The death of brain cells disrupts
the function of various parts of the body. The
brain can cause muscle paralysis, loss of
speech sense, vision problems, visual
perception, coma and even death.

Damage to one side of the brain also affects the body's
side.
Consequences of stroke may include physical, sensory,
cognitive, swallowing and emotional problems.
Physical abnormalities after a stroke are usually seen in
the form of muscle weakness and flatness of one half of
the body. Often, the person loses the sensation and
movement of the hand or foot on the affected side of
the brain. Therefore, if a person has a left cerebral palsy,
he may have weakness or paralysis of the right hand
and leg. And this causes the problem of doing things
everyday. (Such as closing shoes, bathing , feeding,
etc.), and physical effects include pain, fatigue, changes
in muscle tone and walking disorders.

deviating downward?
3. Ask the person to repeat a simple statement. Does an
obscure or inaccurate person speak?
